CUE SOCIETY is getting closer to becoming real.
What started as an ambitious cue-sports venue has grown into something much broader: a 1,000 sqm sports, social and hospitality destination in Phuket Town, designed for people who might come for one hour — or stay for most of the day.
The idea is simple: there should be many reasons to come, and no single “correct” way to use the venue.
You might arrive for breakfast, get some work done, play a few racks, watch live sport, join a tournament, meet friends, have dinner, or stay for drinks. You might come as a complete beginner, a serious player, a tourist, a local, an expat, a coworker, or just someone looking for a good place to spend time.
That flexibility is at the heart of CUE SOCIETY.
A venue built at real scale
CUE SOCIETY will cover around 1,000 sqm, with a 200 sqm terrace at the entrance overlooking the Nimit Traffic Circle / Seahorse Circle area in Phuket Town.
Inside, the venue will include:
- 15 Rasson Acurra 9-foot pool tables
- 2 Rasson Magnum snooker tables
- 4 connected dart lanes with sensors and screens
- a large CUE SOCIETY Lounge
- an upstairs four-table play zone for quieter sessions and smaller events
- an in-house CUE SOCIETY Cue Repair service
- an independently operated Asia Billiards Pro Shop
- dedicated seating throughout the play areas
- live sports viewing across 15+ screens
The connected darts setup will be the first of its kind in Thailand, with interactive and online play built into all four lanes.
Play casually — or go as far as you want
CUE SOCIETY is designed to be easy to enter.
You do not need your own cue, darts or equipment. Good-quality house equipment will be available, and there will be no pressure to buy anything.
At the same time, the venue is being purpose-built for serious competition.
The pool tables are being configured for international-standard play, with 4.25-inch corner pockets and competition-ready conditions. The snooker tables will offer a premium playing setup with heated slate.
The idea is that someone can start by playing with friends or colleagues, then move into practice, coaching, weekly events, leagues, national competition or international events if they want to.
CUE SOCIETY will also host recurring national and international flagship events over time.
The CUE SOCIETY Lounge
The Lounge is not secondary to the games.
It is a destination in its own right.
The space is designed for all-day use: breakfast, coffee, coworking, meetings, lunch, live sports, casual viewing of the action, waiting between games, dinner, drinks and socializing.
There will be around 100 seats in the Lounge, plus additional seating throughout the venue.
Guests will be able to order food and drinks anywhere — in the Lounge, on the terrace, at the pool tables, in darts, or upstairs.
Ordering will be flexible: through staff, at the bar, via QR menu, tablet or printed menu.
All-day food and drink
CUE SOCIETY will operate a full modern kitchen and a three-part beverage setup:
- Barista station
- Cocktail / bartender station
- Juice & smoothie station
The goal is to cover the full day properly — from a flat white or fresh juice in the morning to lunch, dinner, cocktails, bottled beer, wine and late-evening drinks.
The kitchen will balance game-friendly food with proper meals.
Expect things like pizza, burgers, wraps, paninis and similar easy-to-eat options alongside rice dishes, pasta, steak and other full meals.
The final menu is still being developed, and selected food and drink highlights will be shared closer to opening.
Built for live sport
The Lounge will have 15+ screens, allowing multiple sports broadcasts to run at the same time.
Customers will be able to request preferred channels where available, and the venue is being built around licensed sports packages, high-bandwidth connectivity and 5G backup.
Audio, video, lighting and climate are all being treated as part of the overall experience rather than afterthoughts.
Competition lighting comes first in the pool and snooker areas, while Lounge lighting and sound can adapt to different uses throughout the day.
CUE PLAY, CUE STREAM and what comes next
Technology is also a major part of the venue.
CUE PLAY is already operating and will support tournament organization, live scoring, brackets, player participation and event visibility.
During events, live scoring can happen from tablets at the tables, while brackets and results can be shown on venue screens and followed online.
CUE STREAM will be available from opening day, with live streaming from all pool tables for tournament and event broadcasting.
And then there is CUE VISION.
CUE VISION is an in-house computer vision and projection project that will be in prototype stage when CUE SOCIETY opens. Development will continue on-site.
The long-term goal is to explore new ways of practicing, learning, analysing and experiencing pool — including projected guidance, coaching support and match analysis.
It will start on one table.
Community, coaching and events
CUE SOCIETY is being built to support a real playing community.
Recurring events are planned around 8-ball, 9-ball and 10-ball, with both handicap and non-handicap formats, plus more social formats such as doubles, team events and killer-style games.
Coaching and mentoring will begin founder-led and will be tailored to the player: level, goals, seriousness and schedule.
As the community grows, the coaching and event ecosystem can grow with it.
Coworking and new concepts
The Lounge will also be openly coworking-friendly from the start, with fast Wi-Fi, power outlets, power banks, comfortable seating and all-day F&B.
A more structured CUE WORK concept is planned for later.
Another upcoming idea is Lunch Break — a simple concept for workers who want to step away from work, grab lunch and break a rack while they are here.

Opening December 2026
CUE SOCIETY is currently planned to open in December 2026.
Exact soft-opening and grand-opening dates will be announced when they are locked.
